Surviving Family Members Certificate

Eligibility
1. Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. The applicant must be a surviving family member or a legal representative of the deceased person.
3. The deceased person’s details must be supported by a valid Death Certificate.
4. The applicant must provide proof of relationship with the deceased.
5. The applicant must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the competent authority.
