Eligibility
1. Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. Applicant must be the owner, co-owner, or authorized holder of the land.
3. The land should be recorded in the official revenue records.
4. The applicant must provide valid supporting documents for verification.

10. Any other document prescribed by the competent authority
