Eligibility
1. Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. Applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
3. Applicant must be 60 years of age or above.
4. Applicant must possess valid proof of age and residence.
5. Applicant must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government of Karnataka.
