Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate

Eligibility
1. Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. Applicant must belong to an OBC community recognized by the Central Government or the respective State Government.
3. The applicant’s family must satisfy the income and other eligibility criteria prescribed for the Non-Creamy Layer category.
4. The applicant must provide valid supporting documents for verification.
