HK Region Eligibility & Residence Certificate
The HK Region Eligibility & Residence Certificate is an official document issued by the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka, certifying that an applicant is a local resident of the Kalyana Karnataka (formerly Hyderabad-Karnataka) Region and is eligible to claim benefits under Article 371(J) of the Constitution of India. The certificate is commonly required for admission to educational institutions, government employment, recruitment, and reservation benefits available to local candidates of the Kalyana Karnataka Region.
Eligibility
1. Applicant must be a permanent resident of the Kalyana Karnataka (HK) Region of Karnataka.
2. Applicant must satisfy the residence and/or educational qualifications prescribed under Article 371(J).
3. Applicant must provide valid proof of residence, study, or parental residence as required.
4. Applicant must meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the competent authority.
