Eligibility
1. Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. Applicant must be the owner or authorized representative of the land.
3. The land should be recorded in the official revenue records.
4. The applicant must provide valid land ownership and supporting documents.
5. The property must not have any existing tenancy claims as per government records.
